JUNE 7th 2009 TOMS RIVER NJ - The Toms River Girls Softball League held it's annual tournament at the Ocean County YMCA Complex on Whitty Road. The Tournament is run entirely by volunteers! Twelve and Ten & under teams from the northeast area competed from 8am to 8pm in this exciting competition. This event is a huge fundraiser for the league and benefits the entire group of around six hundred girls! There was plenty of high level play at this function. The league also sold tournament T-shirts and EatJohnnyGs.com was on hand to provide the food.
